Deal done for new industrial unit

A deal has been done for one of three new units at a Derbyshire industrial estate.

FHP Property Consultants has secured tenants for one of the recently completed 12,000 sq ft units at West Hallam Industrial Estate.

The established industrial estate covers 118 acres and features more than 100 buildings, totalling some 1.28 million sq ft.

It comprises a variety of buildings, from former military Romney huts to 150,000 sq ft storage and distribution units.
