Bowmer + Kirkland is set to expand after agreeing a deal to buy an offsite manufacturer.

The construction giant is to acquire Coventry-based Innovaré Systems, formerly part of Osborne Construction Group.

Launched in 2007, Innovaré specialises in offsite construction using structural insulated panels.

Jack Kirkland, chairman of Bowmer + Kirkland Group, said: “Innovaré and Bowmer + Kirkland have been working together for a number of years and have collaborated on research and development as we look to continually improve carbon reduction and hit net zero carbon targets on our education schemes.

“Our imminent acquisition of Innovaré assets, people and the brand, is the right thing for us to do and, now that we are all under one roof, will be a major benefit for our clients.

“The strength of the group will help Innovaré fulfil its potential.”
