An industrial unit in Ilkeston has been sold to a communications company, thanks to a deal completed by BB&J Commercial.

Situated just off Crompton Road, on the Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, the 1,924 sq ft property has been snapped up by Nexsis Comms, a firm that provides advice and handles the installation of communication systems.

The property comprises a semi-detached business unit and benefits from an enclosed yard with parking and turning for several vehicles.
