Busy months for auctions firm

SDL Property Auctions has reported a busy past couple of months with more than 450 lots going under the hammer.

Out of this number, more than 200 were auctioned at one single sale held towards the end of July, when SDL held its latest monthly National Property Auction.

The sale included lots from across the UK, from terraced houses to blocks of apartments.

Andrew Parker, managing director and auctioneer at SDL Property Auctions, said: “We’ve seen an abundance in lots over the last two months.

“Auctioning is fast and faff-free, and our expert team is on hand from start to finish for sellers and buyers.”

To cope with the influx of properties, SDL recently welcomed Nick Green to its north team as an auctioneer and consultant.
