Bosses bark up the right tree

Bosses from Purely Digital and Koobr have taken part in an environmental initiative, which saw more than 3,000 trees planted in a single day.

Andrew Edmondson, managing director at Purely Digital, and Craig Barker, director at Koobr, both took part in the Woodland Trust’s Carbon Capture Tree Planting Day.

They helped out on a project at Frodsham Wood, in North Cheshire, the plant thousands of trees at a former golf course.

Craig said: “At Koobr, we firmly believe in making a positive difference, a value that resonates through every aspect of our business.

“Being part of tree planting days allows us to extend our commitment beyond the confines of the office.”

Andrew said: “As one of the first printers in the UK to enrol on a full Carbon Capture scheme, we regularly take part in days like this.

“It’s all about understanding and taking responsibility for the impact we all have on the environment, a chance to give back tangibly and help create a greener future for communities.”
