Bondholders unite to secure planning green light
Rodgers Leask and Sigma Architects have combined their talents to help secure planning permission for a new industrial development.
The two firms were part of a team that successfully obtained permission for a 6,350 sq metre industrial and warehouse development at Hoddesdon, in Hertfordshire.
Rodgers Leask produced the transport statement, travel plan, Phase 1 desk study and the flood risk assessment and drainage strategy in support of the planning application.
Managing the concept design for the unit, Sigma Architects prepared the planning drawings and reports, while coordinating the master plan with the other consultants on the design team.
In a joint statement, the two companies said: “Rodgers Leask and Sigma Architects take great pride in their key roles in recently achieving planning success for this significant industrial development in Hoddesdon.
“The team’s combined expertise, innovative approach, and commitment to excellence have paved the way for a sustainable future for the site and the wider community as the project progresses to the construction phase in the future.”
