Bondholders unite to back future marketing talent
Hardy Signs and EMA Training have partnered up to equip an aspiring marketeer with the skills she needs.
Chloe Waring, 19, has been placed on a Multi-Channel Marketing Level 3 apprenticeship.
EMA Training, a leader in delivering apprenticeships, will equip Chloe with the skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.
She will also work closely with Hardy Signs’ marketing team to develop her expertise in areas such as social media management, content creation, e-mail marketing and analytics, ensuring a well-rounded skill set in digital marketing.
The partnership between Hardy Signs and EMA has come about thanks to their Marketing Derby Bondholder membership.
Matt Edwards, account director at EMA Training, said: “Having had the pleasure of getting to know members of the team at Hardy Signs through local Marketing Derby events, I could tell from the conversations we had that Hardy Signs were the kind of employer we wanted to engage with.
“We are therefore thrilled to take our business relationship to the next level and support in locating Hardy Signs next marketing hire in the form of Chloe.
“I have no doubt she will be a great success, especially with the support of ourselves and the team at Hardy Signs”.
Blu Hardy, marketing manager at Hardy Signs, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Chloe as part of our team through this apprenticeship programme.
“Partnering with EMA Training allows us to continue innovating our marketing strategies, while providing invaluable hands-on experience to emerging talent.
