A number of Marketing Derby Bondholders have been shortlisted for awards that recognise the cream of the East Midlands business community.

The BusinessDesk has revealed the shortlist for the East Midlands Business Masters 2024 after receiving more than 150 entries.

The Berry Group leads the way with two nominations. It is shortlisted for Property Business and Fast Growth Business.

True MSP is also a finalist in the Fast Growth Business category.

Anoki and Morley Hayes will contest the Hospitality & Leisure Award, while Gowercroft Joinery and HSG UK are both shortlisted in the Sustainability category.

Cosy Garden Rooms is up for the Start-up award, while Precept is a finalist in the Disruptor category.

Chief executive Lucy Galliard said: “We re-launched the Derby season last year and the response from audiences was amazing with most of the concerts sold out.

Derbyshire Wildlife Trust is nominated for Employer of the Year, while Bloc Digital is shortlisted for Creative & Media.

Finally, Q Branch Consulting is a finalist in the Outstanding Collaboration category.

Sam Metcalf, Midlands editor at TheBusinessDesk, said: “Once again, we were overwhelmed by the sheer range and number of entries to the Masters this year.

“I’d like to personally thank all the judges for their time, knowledge and effort in picking their shortlist – and I look forward to meeting the cream of the business world in the East Midlands at the Crowne Plaza in October.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Nottingham on 3 October.
