Bondholders go for glory at Brick Awards

A number of Marketing Derby Bondholders have been shortlisted for awards recognising the region’s best property and construction firms.

The East Midlands Bricks Awards 2024, organised by East Midlands Business Link, showcase the outstanding work of those behind the changing landscape of the region.

The finalists have now been revealed – and several Bondholders feature on the shortlist.

Vying for the Developer of the Year title is Indurent, the company behind Indurent Park Derby, and Wavensmere Homes, which is delivering a number of major projects in the city, including the Nightingale Quarter and the transformation of Friar Gate Goods Yard.

FHP Property Consultants and Salloway Property Consultants will be contesting the Most Active Agent category.

Chevin Homes has been shortlisted in the Residential Development of the Year category for its Chevin Close development.

Matthew Montague Architects is a finalist in the Architects of the Year category, while Stepnell will be going for the Responsible Business title.

An overall winner will be announced at the awards ceremony, which takes place in Nottingham on Thursday 3 October.
