The winners of the East Midlands Leadership Awards 2025 have been revealed, with several Bondholders receiving trophies.

Created by The Business Desk, the awards celebrate the people that are role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors.

The Leadership Awards offer a great opportunity to recognise and showcase the achievements and success of businesses in the region. In total, 19 trophies were handed out to the very best leaders in the East Midlands.

Christina Yardley, partner and CEO at law firm Rothera Bray, was a double winner, being named Leader of the Year and Company Leader of the Year (101+ employees).

Anna Upton of Embark Federation won the Diversity and Inclusion Leader category; Paul Morris of St James Securities was named Property Leader and Katy Upton of Fortitude Nicsa Global won Company Leader (up to 50 employees).

Other Bondholders shortlisted across the categories included: Olivia Priestley, DSP (Interiors); Pete Buller, Althaus Digital; Sarah Loates, Loates HR Consultancy; Ellie Smith, SF Recruitment; Greg Upton, Fortitude Nicsa Global; Emma Brown, Sort Group; Fiona Frudd, SF Recruitment; Jennie Sanders, Dains Accountants; Rob White, Fortitude Nicsa Global; Joe Rice, HSG UK; and Stewart Vandermark, Nelsons.

The East Midlands business community came together to celebrate the best in business leadership on Wednesday 12th March 2025.
