Bondholder agents dominate deals table

Commercial property agents who are members of Marketing Derby’s Bondholder community have dominated a league table listing the most active in Derbyshire.

The latest EG Radius table, which is a national commercial property data platform, shows the most active agents by county.

For Derbyshire, the top four places are taken up by Bondholders FHP Property Consultants, BB&J Commercial, Innes England and Omeeto.

An award is given to the top five agents who have transacted the most sales and lettings throughout the second quarter of 2022 within their designated county.

Speaking about his firm’s success, Graham Bancroft, partner at BB&J Commercial, said: “The award from EG Radius is extremely pleasing, especially in such a competitive market, and it shows that our hard work and pro-active marketing has really paid off.
