Derby-based housebuilder Casamia Homes has moved into new offices on Pride Park.

The firm was set up by a number of ex-shareholders, directors and employees from Radleigh Homes, following its sale and acquisition by Redrow in 2017.

The move follows a period of growth and development for the privately-owned business.

Tom Finnegan, who was previously managing director at Radleigh Homes and Redrow East Midlands, said: “Casamia’s focus has always been on delivering bespoke developments in the East Midlands.

“We have brought together a team that possess a wealth of industry experience that is reflected in our developed house types and ensures that our build quality is delivered to the high standards that customers rightly demand.”

George Tyler, land and sales director at Casamia Homes, said: “We are delighted to announce the move to our new Derby-based office on New Park Place on Pride Park.

“Exciting times now lie ahead as we have some great projects in the pipeline, and we look forward to bringing them to the market in the near future.”

Casamia Homes recently completed a bespoke, one-off build in Hazelwood near Duffield, for a client who asked for “something special”.

The project, called Gateway House, is a three storey, three-bedroom 3, 600sq ft home, designed by Matthew Montague Architects .

The property has been designed and built into the edge of the Derbyshire hillside – taking advantage of breath-taking views.
