CoStar is a prestigious organisation within the commercial property industry, which records market data and provides insight to property professionals.

The Most Active Disposal Agent award reflects on the number of properties sold or let within a certain time frame.

The Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions and Disposals award highlights the number of acquisitions and disposals BB&J has completed as a singular branch.
