Asian street food brand set for Derbion

Shopping and leisure destination Derbion has announced that Asian street food brand Chi will join the centre’s food offering later this spring.

Chi will be located alongside the centre’s refurbished Food Terrace, serving up Asian street food with a modern twist.

Work has already started on the new 1,706 sq ft space, with doors set to open at the shopping destination in the coming weeks.

Derbion has recently invested over £3.6 million into its dining offer, including £2 million into the refurbishment of its Food Terrace.

The refurbishment has introduced a fresh new look, additional seating and new brands – including Popeyes, Burger & Sauce and Mexican street-food brand Tortilla.
