Arena aims to boost workplace wellbeing

Derby Arena has announced it has started offering corporate packages to help businesses improve their teams.

The arena has created the wellbeing day packages for firms – and any other large groups – who want to focus on team bonding and boost morale.

The packages, which come in three categories – gold, silver and bronze – aim to build team spirit using the power of exercise and sport.

Participants would be invited to take part in track cycling, infield activities and exercise classes.

Packages can accommodate a maximum of 32 people.

In a statement, the arena said: “Team bonding and high morale is proven to increase efficiency in the workplace and by experiencing an adrenalin-fuelled ride around the track or some friendly competition on the infield the smiles in your workplace will only get bigger!”
