Architects chosen by new housing developer

Matthew Montague Architects has been selected to work on projects by a newly established housing developer.

Nick Challenor and his son James have set up James Nicholas Homes with the aim of building 100 new homes in the Midlands a year.

And they have chosen Mathew Montague Architects to work with them to provide architectural services.

Nick heads up Derby-based DCH, a property development and construction company, with which Matthew Montague Architects already has a longstanding working relationship.

Together they have worked on a number of projects across Derbyshire.

Matthew Montague said: “We have worked on some quality schemes with DCH over the years and we are delighted to be working on this new venture to build more homes across the Midlands.”

Nick said: “We have many years’ of experience in the construction industry – and this new business enables us to focus on bringing quality new homes to the region.

“We have a great working relationship with the team at Matthew Montague Architects and look forward to that continuing.”
