X-Press Legal Services has raised over £40,000 for charities through a range of fundraising events in its anniversary year.

The local property search company raised the monies throughout 2024 as part of its continued commitment to giving back to the community as it celebrated 25 years in business as the largest independent property search firm in England and Wales.

The firm’s efforts included hosting fundraising events, organising collections, and partnering with charities to donate essential items.

Each X-Press office selected a local organisation to support with donations to over 30 UK causes ranging from food banks, to hospices, grassroots sports clubs and animal rescue centres.

X-Press’ Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire office chose to donate to Bridge The Gap Mental Health CIC and to YMCA Derbyshire.

Ben Wheeler, owner of X-Press Legal Services Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, commented: “We’re incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made during X-Press’ milestone 25th anniversary year.

“Charities and grassroots organisations are often hit hardest during difficult economic times, so knowing we’ve been able to make a real difference to these causes is something we truly value.

“As a company, we’re passionate about supporting our communities, and this donation is just one example of how we strive to give back wherever possible. For us, helping others is at the heart of what we do—whether it’s supporting local charities or our conveyancing clients in delivering accurate and efficient property transactions.”

X-Press Legal Services has started 2025 strong, supporting conveyancing professionals across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire with expert property search services.

Ben added, “January and February are always a busy period, but this year has seen even more market activity with the upcoming stamp duty hike. Conveyancers are under more pressure than ever to meet the deadline of 1st April, and we’re here to ensure that property searches and transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.”
