Agents report a full house

FHP Property Consultants and Innes England have reported that an office building in Derby is now fully let.

Earlier this year, FHP, which has been jointly marketing Pentagon House alongside Innes England, reported some 21,500 sq ft had been let in three separate deals.

Now, deals have been completed to bring two new tenants into the building, which fronts both Sir Frank Whittle Road and Stores Road, who have taken the final 8,592 sq ft of space.

Darran Severn, from FHP Property Consultants, said: “It’s great that we have achieved full occupancy at Pentagon House and even better, within a 12-month period.

“The building offers high-quality air-conditioned accommodation with an excellent parking ratio of one space per 250 sq ft.

“The ground floor suite has been let for a term of five years, while the suite on the second floor has been let on a short-term basis to a company who are currently refurbishing their existing offices.

“They will vacate in Q2 2024, and we are already in strong conversations with another Derby business to take this space.”
