Agents instructed to market new business park

FHP Property Consultants has been appointed to market units on a proposed new business park on the site of a former foundry works.

The 2.84-acre former BAS Castings site, in Brookhill Road, Pinxton ,has recently been acquired by George Dutton Trading Limited.

Demolition works have already started to bring down some 45,000 sq ft of dilapidated buildings on the site.

Initial plans are to develop the site to provide a new industrial/warehouse scheme under the name of Foundry Business Park.

The units will be available on a build to suit basis ranging in size from 3,500 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft.
