Agent secures mouth-watering deal

FHP Property Consultants has secured a deal which will see a Greek restaurant take over a unit in Derby city centre.

Acting on behalf of private clients, the agent has leased the unit at The Royal Buildings, in Victoria Street, to The Souvlaki – a restaurant offering authentic Greek food.

The property, which offers 1,250 sq ft of space, sits directly opposite the Becketwell regeneration scheme.

Liam Ash, from FHP, who secured the letting, said: “The Souvlaki will be a great addition to Victoria Street, as they will add diversity to existing offerings provided by the current tenants on the street.

“The unit was put under offer within one month and only took four weeks to complete, so it was a straightforward process for both parties. I am excited to try some authentic Greek cuisine once the store opens.”
