Agent reports good interest in town square project

FHP Property Consultants has reported good occupier demand for units at a new project being created in a Derbyshire town.
Works are well underway on the creation of Baileys Square, in Clay Cross, which is part of a major regeneration project which will see the creation of a new town square and retail and leisure opportunities.

It will feature 17 leisure and food and drink units, ranging from 500 sq ft to 4,809 sq ft.
Tom Wragg, associate director at FHP, said: “The units are suitable for a variety of uses, with a focus on leisure and food and drink uses.
“We are already seeing strong interest from a mixture of national operators, alongside good quality regional independents.
“With a practical completion date of October, time is of the essence in becoming a part of this exciting scheme.”
