Agent nails new lease agreement

An expanding nail salon has committed to a new long-term lease on a property in Ashbourne thanks to a deal secured by BB&J Commercial.

D’or Nails & Spa has signed a lease agreement on the unit in St John Street.

Cameron Godfrey, from BB&J Commercial, said: “There is a growing appetite within the retail landscape in Ashbourne driven by the town’s strategic location at the gateway to the Peak District.

“The town’s popularity is fuelled by its diverse mix of retail offerings, from boutiques to cafes.

“It was not surprising, therefore, that the new occupants were keen on securing a long-term presence on the town’s main high street.

“Our last available retail accommodation in St John Street is located within the adjacent unit at number 17 and with interest hotting up, I would recommend interested parties to get in touch.”
