Agent launches new industrial hub

Innes England has launched a new industrial hub close to the M1, which is being developed by Litton Properties.

Once complete, EM Point will feature four detached units, ranging from 6,750 sq ft to 18,200 sq ft.

In total, the development will offer 51,000 sq ft of space across the four-acre site.
