Agent expands presence across Midlands

Commercial property agent Innes England has expanded its presence in the Midlands with the opening of a new office.

The firm, which already has a presence in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, has expanded into the West Midlands by opening an office in Birmingham.

It is headed by newly appointed director and Adam Rock, who is a qualified chartered surveyor.

Innes England managing director Matt Hannah said: “We are proud of our work across the East Midlands and a move to Birmingham seemed a natural progression.

“We already have a number of clients who have a regional office in the city and have carried out a number of successful sales transactions.

“We are delighted to welcome Adam Rock – he has an excellent reputation in the business and will help us to drive this venture and ensure its success.

“We will continue to grow the team and support the business with our core work streams of building surveying, agency, management, and our specialist teams in education, roadside, and residential land.”
