Agent delivers the goods for client

A vehicle care and maintenance firm has moved into a unit in Belper thanks to a deal completed by BB&J Commercial.

S H Vehicle Maintenance, which specialises in fleets and commercial vehicles, has moved into the light industrial unit at Goods Yard, Belper.

The business has committed to a 10-year lease on the property.

Cameron Godfrey, agent and surveyor at BB&J, who was responsible for negotiating the lease, said: “Our client’s ambitions upon purchasing this light industrial unit at Goods Yard was to achieve a speedy long-term investment.

“I’m therefore pleased to have achieved and negotiated a lease that reflects not only my clients’ expectations but provides a platform for yet another local business to thrive.

“Following S H Vehicle Maintenance’s occupation of the unit prior to the Christmas break, they have settled in well with the unit’s location, fit-out and size providing the perfect base for their business to expand.”
