FHP Property Consultants has agreed a deal which will see a dental triage business take space at a prominent office building in Derby.

Smile Dental Triage has signed a six-lease lease on a 1,260 sq ft office at Nurton Development‘s Cardinal Square.

Darran Severn, from FHP Property Consultants, said: “Smile Dental Triage is a great addition to the mix of tenants already at Cardinal Square.

“We have had success letting suites between 1,000 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft over the last 18 months, so much so that we are now dividing up the Third Floor East to provide three newly refurbished suites ranging in size between 1,111 sq ft to 3,748 sq ft, the larger benefiting from dual aspect windows.

“In addition, the office garden has been redesigned and now provides an excellent outdoor space providing meeting pods, breakout areas and outdoor games such as table tennis and golf.”
