Driving test centre relocates to Pride Park
A driving theory test centre has relocated to Pride Park in a building owned by the founder of the Oberoi Business Hub.
The centre has moved into self-contained offices in Mallard Way, owned by Kavita Oberoi, following a deal secured by commercial property agents OMEETO.
The 1,734 sq ft building will now be the site for local driving theory tests.
Chris Wright, director at OMEETO, said: “We are delighted to have secured this deal for Kavita Oberoi and to continue our business relationship to secure further deals across the entire Oberoi portfolio, which consists of both serviced office accommodation, as well as office available on traditional leases.”
Kavita said: “It has been a delight to work with Chris, whom I have known for many years.
“As a new owner-managed business, I knew Chris would work hard to secure this and future deals.”
