Business hub expands after six-figure investment
Oberoi Business Hub has completed an extensive upgrade and refurbishment on another building in Pride Park due to the increased demand for flexible office space.
The Business Hub’s fifth building, in St Christopher’s Way, offers 7,500 sq ft of space over three floors.
The ground floor has been designed as serviced offices with different sizes available from single occupancy to 12-person suites, including meeting rooms.
One 2,500 sq ft floor is due to be occupied in November and the other floor is still available either in its entirety on lease or as serviced office space with different sizes available from single occupancy to 30-person suites.
The six-figure refurbishment has included new eco-friendly air conditioning and energy-saving LED lights as part of the companies’ commitment to the environment and de-carbonisation.
The Oberoi Business Hub, founded by Kavita Oberoi OBE in 2012, provides a wide range of clients with both virtual and serviced office accommodation alongside call handling and meeting and conference facilities.
Kavita said: “The demand for flexible office accommodation continues to grow post-pandemic, especially in Pride Park, which is Derby’s premium business location with unrivalled connectivity.
“We are, therefore, looking to acquire further premises across Pride Park to meet this demand – either vacant, with existing tenants both on a sale and leaseback basis.”
Oberoi Business Hub centre manager Jodie Brady said: “This is a great opportunity for businesses of all sizes to move into flexible and high-quality space with the option of utilising a wide range of support and additional services available to them.”
