Agent seals deal at Victory Park

Salloway Property Consultants has secured the sale of a brand-new industrial unit at a Derby business park to a joinery firm.

Grady Joinery has purchased Unit 15 at Victory Park, in Victory Road, just weeks after the physical completion of the property.

The firm, which is one of Ireland’s premier manufacturers and suppliers of windows and doors, intends to use the new building to expand its presence in the UK.

Hugo Beresford, of Salloway, who acted on behalf of the developer, Revelan Group, said: “I’m delighted to have been able to agree the deal and work with both sides to push the sale over the line within a relatively short period of time.

“Sales such as this demonstrate the extremely buoyant nature of the market for premises of this nature and size.

“We now have just one unit remaining on Victory Park that is available on a leasehold or freehold basis. The client intends to build this out speculatively with practical completion anticipated for the second quarter of 2022.”
