BB&J sale proves hot property

BB&J Commercial has reported it has sold an investment opportunity in Duffield before it had chance to put it on the market.

The property compromises a ground floor refurbished showroom, which is occupied by Meadow Vale Carpets.

Above the shop – and accessed from an external shared rear staircase – are two flats, one of which has been extended to provide duplex accommodation.
