People development specialist Ursula Cameron has started offering a psychometric assessment tool to measure resilience and wellbeing, which is believed to be a world first.

The Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW) is a psychometric measure of resilience and its impact on wellbeing for working people.

The WRAW assessments and reports are designed to help organisations build sustainable, healthy high performance in their business.

Ursula specialises in helping individuals, teams and companies achieve their full potential through training and coaching products and services.

She said: “The exciting thing about WRAW, and what drew me to it as a professional facilitator and coach, is it is based on the world’s first psychometric assessment tool to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing.

“This enables me to build on the accurate and reliable data the science produces and fast track individuals, teams and organisations progress using my coaching and mentoring techniques.

“This has really been a game changer for me in helping organisations with healthy high performance; and although I only upskilled to WRAW Master Practitioner status in June, it has been hugely beneficial in helping my existing clients.

“I am now very excited to extend this further to new clients and the Marketing Derby business community.”
