New project director at Wavensmere Homes

Wavensmere Homes – the developer behind Derby’s Nightingale Quarter residential scheme – has welcomed Ross Oates to the newly-created position of project director.

Ross brings more than 15 years of experience working on a variety of award-winning residential developments, from luxury green belt to inner-city brownfield sites and large-scale multi-storey projects.

In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of Wavensmere’s projects, to ensure high standards of quality, as well as making strategic bhdecisions across the field.
