Property investment firm adds to portfolio

A property investment company has bought a prime industrial unit in Derby in a deal secured by Salloway Property Consultants.

Manston Investments, based in Leicestershire, has bought the 17,500 sq ft unit at Westside Park – a development created off Rayneseway by Ivygrove Developments.

It is now looking for a tenant for the currently vacant building, which comprises a detached modern workshop/warehouse with two storey offices.

Hugo Beresford of Salloway, who negotiated the sale on behalf of Ivygrove, said: “This is a high-quality industrial unit with the added bonus of an exclusive yard area.

“The market for premises of this nature is extremely buoyant and we are already receiving enquiries from potential tenants.

“I have little doubt that this will prove to be a great addition to Manston’s commercial portfolio.”
