Derby Property Summit thanks its sponsors
The Derby Property Summit would like to thank the generous support of its sponsors who helped to make this year’s event such a success.
To adhere to government guidelines, this year was the first time that the summit had been held as a hybrid event, with around 100 people attending in person, with hundreds more watching online.
The in-person element of the event was made possible thanks to Derby Market Place, which hosted the pre and post event networking and QUAD, which hosted the main event. Our thanks go to both venues.
A huge thanks also goes to our event partner – Faithful+Gould and Atkins.
The fully integrated professional services and project management company provides project management and commercial services for major projects around the world. In Derby, Faithful+Gould and Atkins works closely with Derby City Council.
The firm said: “Faithful+Gould and Atkins have delivered a variety of projects that shape the prosperity and resilience of Derby and the surrounding areas and we aspire to continue working with Derby and its community to position it as a solid choice for investment and development.”
Our thanks also go to chartered surveyors and construction consultants Adair Ltd, which also sponsored the event.
Adair’s Derby office, which opened in 2019, provides project monitoring, quantity surveying and building surveying services to clients in Derby and the surrounding area.
And finally, our gratitude goes to IT infrastructure and smart building solutions specialist Scenariio, which also backed the event.
The firm, which recently relocated to The Chocolate Factory, in Siddals Road, provides smart building solutions and IT network infrastructure to the commercial real estate industry and end users, including clients such as Cadbury Mondelez, Severn Trent Water and Gymshark.
Tom Erskine, business development director at Scenariio, said: “We are a Derby-based business with long-term Derby residents and we are proud of our home city. We want it to become a place of realised potential.”
