Clowes signs deal with manufacturer firm

Clowes Developments has sealed a deal to design and build a new facility for a leading pharmaceuticals manufacturer and distributor.

The firm, based at Ednaston, near Ashbourne, has exchanged contracts for a 26,000 sq ft unit for Manx Healthcare.

It will be built at Tournament Fields, a business park located adjacent to Junction 15 of the M40, near Warwick.

Paul Shanley, director at Clowes, who secured the deal, said: “We are delighted to welcome Manx Healthcare to Tournament Fields.

“We have worked closely with their team to deliver a scheme that will provide a bespoke facility to match their long-term needs.

“We look forward to watching Manx Healthcare thrive in their brand-new purpose-built premises.”
