Bondholders urged to back Community Week
YMCA Derbyshire is calling on fellow Marketing Derby Bondholders to take part in an initiative, which aims to help the local community – particularly those hit hardest by the pandemic.
Community Week, initiated by the Derby-based charity, is set to be held from 26th July to 1st August.
It calls on people to complete a task of any kind to help an individual, communal area, group or business.
YMCA will be completing three big projects over the week, including a garden tidy up for St Osmunds Church, litter picking around the Alvaston area and revamping its own allotments for young people to enjoy.
The week is open for anyone to join, including children accompanied by parents or guardians.
