Sweet deal secured for Pride Park offices

A desserts company has moved to new premises on Pride Park in a deal secured by BB&J Commercial.

Heavenly Desserts, which specialises in sweet treats, has moved into a 1,223 sq ft offices in Brunel Parkway.

Founded in 2008, the firm has enjoyed rapid expansion, both in the UK and overseas.

Oscar Heap, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial, who secured the letting, said: “It was great to get another deal done on Pride Park and in such a quick fashion to Heavenly Deserts, with the transaction only taking four weeks from offer to completion.

“In recent weeks we are seeing an increase in demand for office space as businesses look to start bringing their employees back into the workplace having spent most of the last year or so working from home.

“We would encourage any other landlords to get in touch if they do have any properties to let or sell.”
