New letting secured at RTC Business Park
A PR and communications firm has relocated to a business park in Derby owned by London & Continental Railways following a deal completed by FHP Property Consultants.
Honest Communications has agreed to let space at the iD Business Centre at the RTC Business Park, in London Road.
The iD Business Centre is a business incubation facility run in partnership with the University of Derby, which lies within the business park and offers fully furnished, air-conditioned office suites ranging from 160 sq ft to 450 sq ft.
The centre has been newly refurbished and benefits from broadband, free car parking, 24-hour access, on-site security, free use of meeting room and break out facilities, as well as access to extensive on-site facilities including a newly refurbished cafe and conference centre.
Estee Coulthard-Boardman, of FHP Property Consultants, who secured the deal, said: “I am really pleased to have let the largest suite at the iD Business Centre to Honest Communications.
“We are now seeing real signs of revitalisation in the office market with enquiries and viewings increasing week by week. It is fantastic to see businesses regaining their confidence for the future.
“The iD Business Centre offers high quality, newly refurbished office suites in a prominent location with great parking and is highly suitable for any new start up or small business.
“I hope Honest Communications love its new space and I look forward to speaking with all other interested parties.”
Steve White, of London & Continental Railways, said: “I’m very pleased to see this further letting within the iD Business Centre, which provides a variety of incubator office, break out and meeting space.
“The support of the University of Derby in providing business development services to these new businesses is much appreciated.
“I wish Honest Communications Ltd the very best of luck in their new space.”
