Royal Crown Derby marks Queen’s 95th
Royal Crown Derby has marked the Queen’s recent 95th birthday by producing some special commemorative pieces.
To celebrate Her Majesty’s landmark, the Osmaston Road-based fine bone china manufacturer has produced two pieces – a loving cup and a gadroon plate.
The company, which began in 1750, has a long track record of producing limited edition pieces to celebrate Royal occasions.
The business has been producing impressive and prestigious Royal commemoratives since the 18th century and is world-renowned for the quality of its craftmanship.
In recent years, it has made pieces mark Royal births and weddings, including the marriages of Prince William, Prince Harry – and the birth of their children.
