Green light for business park next phase

Clowes Developments is celebrating after being granted planning permission for the second phase of a new business park.

Erewash Borough Council has given the property group the green light for three speculatively-built units, totalling 45,000 sq ft, at its Forbes Park development, in Long Eaton.

The units will be jointly marketed by agents NG Chartered Surveyors and FHP Property Consultants.

The contractor, Roe Developments, is already on site having recently completed the earth works in readiness to start building phase one of the development, known as Forbes Court.
