Salloway fills final Highfields unit

Salloway Property Consultants has let the last remaining unit at a new neighbourhood shopping centre in Littleover to a vets.

Highfields Vets will take the final unit at the parade in Tutbury Avenue, at Highfields, which is an extension of Heatherton Village, on the edge of Littleover.

Sited opposite the Highfields Spencer Academy, the parade is anchored by a Co-operative Food store. The new vets will sit alongside Zanfish, Avance Clinic and Banana Moon Day Nursery.

Salloway’s William Speed, who brokered the deal, said: “It’s great to complete the tenant line-up in this neighbourhood centre by adding a veterinary practice.

“Such schemes are all about convenience and providing facilities to the local community and the vets are a perfect fit.

“This scheme is a prime example of what a local centre should be.”
