Devtank gets a slice of the Pi
Test and measurement firm Devtank is celebrating after being named as an approved design partner for an organisation which works to improve access to computing and digital technology.
The firm, based at Mickleover, has been accepted onto the design partner programme for the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
The foundation is a UK-based charity that works to put the power of computing and digital making into the hands of people all over the world, to help them solve problems and express themselves creatively.
It engages millions of young people in learning computing and digital making skills by providing low-cost, high-performance single-board computers and free software.
Many businesses also use Raspberry Pi to jump-start the design process of their products and build in proven and powerful computing, with the help of approved design partners like Devtank.
In a statement, Devtank said: “We are delighted to be accepted and approved on the design partner programme for the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
“We are no strangers to the Raspberry Pi and have used it extensively to solve problems from the beginning including on HILTOP, our flagship test and measurement product.”
