Video skills with radio star

Poppy PR is to start offering video services to its clients after partnering with a former radio star.

The firm has linked up with ex-Capital FM star Pete Allen, who became a household name to millions as half of radio duo Dino and Pete.

Latterly, he has launched his own business producing podcasts. Now, he will use his broadcasting skills to provide professional videos and short social media clips for Poppy PR’s clients.

Tina Clough, managing director of Poppy PR, said: “Video has become so important, particularly for social media and website purposes.

“I know that the bulk of our clients are really open to the idea of using video clips alongside more traditional PR.

“I’m thrilled to bits that Pete has agreed to come on board, bringing his wealth of creative skills and broadcasting experience.

“This new venture will perfectly complement the agency’s other services and keep us ahead of the competition.”
