Agent toasts awards treble
Commercial property consultancy Innes England is celebrating after scooping a hat-trick of regional awards.
The firm was named the Most Active Agent in the East Midlands for investment property in the EG Deals Competition 2020, as well as picking up two accolades at the CoStar Awards.
Innes England was recognised as the East Midland’s most active industrial agent, and as the most active office agent in Derby, acknowledging its expertise across a broad range of sectors.
Nick Hosking, director of the firm’s Derby office, said: “There is a general perception that the office market struggled in 2020 as a large proportion of the working population switched to home working.
“However, our Market Insite research data demonstrated that the market remained relatively robust, with office take up across the East Midlands standing at around 75% of the previous year’s total.
“We are delighted to have been recognised as being at the forefront of this activity.”
