Baytree helps Strictly star’s dad dance for joy
Baytree Cars has played a starring role in helping a former Strictly Come Dancing star spring a major surprise on his dad.
Kelvin Fletcher, who won the hit BBC dancing competition in 2019, teamed up with the Chequers Lane luxury car seller to gift his dad, Warren, a £160,000 Bentley for his 60th birthday.
The former Emmerdale star shared the moment his dad burst into tears as he received the present of a lifetime.
Alongside the photo on Instagram, Kelvin wrote “We know how much you’ve always dreamed of this car” and explained how his dad believed the car was just on loan.
Max Pinchbeck, sales executive at Baytree, who sold the car, said: “I was thrilled the way the surprise worked out.
“Kelvin was in touch with us several weeks ago but wanted the timings of handing over the car to be perfect for his dad’s 60th.
“Obviously, we had to maintain all of the social distancing requirements and it all went off perfectly.”
