Crown Park success for Clowes
A new business park created by Clowes Developments is almost full thanks to deals secured by BB&J Commercial and FHP Property Consultants.
Clowes has reported that only one unit remains of the six high-spec industrial/trade counter/warehouse spaces at its recently completed Crown Park development, in Derby.
The news comes after another lease agreement was put in place for an occupier taking two units at the site, which is off Uttoxeter New Road.
Current occupiers include national retailer Screwfix and local auto-mechanics Sunset Service and Repairs.
Just days before Christmas, Clowes announced another deal with car dealership Derbyshire Performance, which agreed a 15-year lease on one of the units.
Darran Severn, from FHP Property Consultants, said: “We are confident that the one mid-terrace 5,122 sq ft unit remaining at Crown Park will be sure to attract attention from local and regional trade counter/industrial or distribution warehouse occupiers within the next couple of months. We hope to see the site fully occupied by spring.”
