Clowes secures deal for flats
A new apartment complex created by Clowes Developments has been sold to a housing group.
The property firm, based in Ednaston, near Ashbourne, took a former run-down hotel in Stockport and converted it into 39 one and two-bedroomed apartments.
Despite the challenges of Covid-19, developer Clowes, along with builders, Roe Developments, delivered the project on time and according to schedule.
Renamed Davenport Park Apartments, the completed site has since been sold to Stockport Homes Group for an undisclosed sum.
Marc Freeman, director at Clowes, said: “On behalf of the group, I am delighted to complete the sale of DPA to a local housing group.
“It comes as no surprise that the apartments, with their combination of high-spec finish and excellent location, are already attracting a wealth of interest from potential occupiers.”
