Bondholder Hot House Music has migrated all of it services onto a digital platform and brought forward plans for 15 new music schools.

With the closure of schools in response to the Coronavirus, the team at Hot House Music lost 100% of its revenue over-night but responded positively within 24 hours.

CEO Jon Eno wrote and delivered a Covid Oppportunity Plan to each of his staff members across the country, detailing how the company is planning to meet the challenges of the lockdown and how it can use this as an opportunity to deliver upon its mission.

He said: “We must always remember why we exist, what we are trying to do and what we must put in place to ensure that our company ethos and positive character helps those we connect with. Hot House is a social enterprise that exists to positively change lives through music and has an aspiration to reach 1.6% of all school pupils in the UK.”

To ensure that all of its customers receive the the highest level of treatment, Hot House Music has invested in new systems, new products and new staff, all of which directly influenced its decision to bring forward the scheduled launch of 15 new music schools across the UK from September.

“We are surviving because of our friends across the business community including our NEDs and Bondholder colleagues. We want to exit this crisis understanding why we exist and what is important to our society,” added Jon.

Hot House Music is offering a FREE music lesson to any child whose family may have lost their job or been furloughed during these challenging times and, whilst there are still cash-flow challenges, its focus is to help as much as possible and make people smile.

You can check out lots of new content created by Hot House students on your preferred streaming platform – YouTube, Spotify or Apple Music.
