Double agents win
The Estates Gazette (EG) Awards have recognised Bondholders FHP Property Consultants and Innes England as the most active agents in the East Midlands.
The EG Deals Competition has reviewed the number of deals across the Office, Industrial, Retail, Leisure and Investment categories.
FHP has been crowned East Midlands 2019 Most Active Agent for the third year running, completing more deals in the East Midlands than any other agent to secure this title. Along with being the overall winner across the East Midlands, FHP has also won the Leisure/Hotels and Retail categories.
David Hargreaves, Founding Director at FHP Property Consultants commented: “Estates Gazette has mentioned in particular our Retail & Leisure Team, which in 2019 completed 120 deals in a sector that is apparently ‘dead’. A great effort under difficult circumstances and a testament to FHP’s proactive approach and robust team covering all sizes of instructions across all sectors of the East and West Midlands”.
Innes England is also celebrating after being recognised at the EG Awards. The company has been named the most active agent in three key sectors of the 2019 East Midlands commercial property market – Office, Industrial and Investment.
Matthew Hannah, Managing Director at Innes England, said: “We’re thrilled to be recognised again for completing the most deals in three sectors in our region. It is testament to the hard work being put in by the team year-round to deliver on our clients’ objectives, either on the disposal or acquisition of property.”
Among the finalists were fellow Bondholders BB&J, in the Office category, and Salloway Property Consultants, in the Industrial, Retail and Investment categories.
