Knights prepare for MIPIM
Last week, Bondholder Knights plc showcased its support for Team Derby and Derbyshire at MIPIM 2020 with an event supported by Marketing Derby and fellow Bondholder Wavensmere Homes.
Over 30 people attended the Breakfast Event held at fellow Bondholder Connect Derby's venue, Riverside Chambers, to get insights into Europe's premier real estate event.
Knights plc is once again partnering with the Derby and Derbyshire team in promoting the region at global property fair held in Cannes in March 2020, as well as supporting the Midlands UK Pavilion.
Deborah Ritchie, Partner at Knights plc said: “Our business is built around relationships and MIPIM gives us the opportunity to meet with existing contacts and clients and grow those relationships, and expand our network of contacts. We are proud to be promoting Derby and Derbyshire at MIPIM again this year”.
Donna Smith, Sales Director at Wavensmere Homes – developer of the Nightingale Quarter in Derby – spoke about its plans for the significant residential scheme in the city centre.
Speaking after the Breakfast Event, John Forkin, Managing Director of Marketing Derby commented: “The event was a perfect start to what's going to be an extremely busy few months planning for, delivering and following up our investment activity at MIPIM.
“We were delighted that Knights plc was able to host the session and the messages we received from Wavensmere Homes were a terrific endorsement of our message to investors.”
Knights plc has recently made Birmingham commercial litigation specialist, ERT Law, its sixth acquisition in 18 months. Its 24 fee earners will join the expanding group after agreeing a £1.8m deal.
